3. Context In accordance with the provisions of the NCC By-laws, the Commission Secretary is required to recommend the calendar of upcoming meetings to the NCC’s board of directors. The calendars generally correspond to the NCC’s corporate planning cycle, which is in turn determined by the federal government’s reporting calendar.
