Recommended Use or Purpose: For use as a natural health product to relieve fatigue, promote endurance and enhance motor performance. Promotes alertness and wakefulness, and enhances cognitive performance. Supports cognitive function and reduces mental fatigue when used in herbal medicine to help enhance physical capacity and performance. Delays muscular fatigue by increasing muscle carnosine levels. Recommended Dose (Adults): Shake container thoroughly before use. Consume 30 to 45 minutes before you work out. We strongly recommend that you assess your tolerance first by using one rounded scoop mixed with 125 mL of water, especially if you are sensitive to stimulants. Increase to 2 rounded scoops mixed with 250 mL of water. For full effects, increase to 3 rounded scoops mixed with 375 mL of water. Do not exceed 3 scoops in a 24-hour period.
