TERMS AND CONDITIONS « It would be appreciated if foreign professional traders (English, Belgian, etc… ) refrained from price wars.” Article1 – DEFINITION « Racing Mini Days », referred thereafter as « the event » is a gathering of all models and derivatives of the Austin Mini, from Saturday 4th to Sunday 5th June 2005 at the Folembray circuit. A variety of activities are offered: racing, mini gathering, stalls and stands, aiming to encourage the exposure and use of the Mini.

Article 2 – ORGANISER ESPRIT MINI TEAM, a registered charity under French law is thereafter referred as « the organiser », taking charge of all the logistical, staffing and marketing aspects of the event « Racing Mini Days ».

Article 3 – RACING « Racing Mini Days » include racing submitted to regulations that each participant must have consulted and agreed beforehand.

Article 4 – TRADERS’ VILLAGE A trade stand area is available for traders abiding by the regulations. They are not to host on their rented trade space, another trader not booked in, who will be immediately excluded. The organiser has the right to refuse the access to the traders’ village to any trader which does not correspond to the spirit of the event.

Article 5 – TRADERS AND SUPPLIERS’S RESPONSIBILITY The trader or supplier recognises that by taking part in the “Racing Mini Days”, misselling from their part could damage the reputation of the event and of its organisers. Therefore, he agrees to respect the terms and conditions relating to its business and to support the organisers in case their responsibility is engaged by a third party due to malpractice on the traders’ part. Besides, traders selling parts which could cause injury by blocking access roads, agree to set them at a safe distance from the main alley to ensure visitors’ safety. It is strictly forbidden to introduce within the area explosives or flammable materials at the exception of the petrol contained in the vehicles’ fuel tanks.

Article 6 – BOOKING AND CANCELLATION All bookings of a trade stand space must in order to be valid reach the organiser by the set deadline. A booking includes a completed order form with all the necessary documents attached and payment made to “ESPRIT MINI TEAM”. . Bookings will be taken into account by the organiser within the limit of spaces available and will be considered in order of arrival. Cancellations made after the 20th April 2005 will not be reimbursed. The written cancellation of a booking will be accepted if it reaches the organiser before the set deadline.

Article 7 – INSURANCE All traders (exhibitors, professionals and auto-jumble traders) will need to be up-to-date with their civil liability insurance. If asked by the organisers they will need to be able to produce written evidence of it to the organiser.

Article 8 – CAR PARKS/TRAFFIC All visitors, participants and exhibitors will adhere to the signposting and road marking, the limitation of marked spaces and car parks. Movements within the circuit must be made at reduced speed, whilst respecting traffic direction and directives from the organisers. Any driver driving recklessly will be asked to leave their vehicle outside the circuit. The movement of “mini-bikes” driven by children is strictly forbidden and will lead to them being confiscated for the duration of the event. Car parking is at the owners’ risk.

At the exception of the vehicles racing, recovery vehicles, the organisers’ vehicles, no other vehicles are allowed on the track during the duration of the event. Only people in possession of a special bracelet are allowed access to the “track” area. In this area, all advice from the safety personnel must be adhered to. Arrticle 10 – ADVERTISING The organisers conclude all sorts of agreements with the partners and sponsors of their choice and display advertising where they see fit, including on vehicles taking part in the races or displays. Competitors must agree to this in order to take part in the races.

Article 11 – REDUCED RATES Traders benefit from reduced rates beyond 2 people on the stand. The “ESPRIT MINI TEAM” club members also benefit from reduced rates.

Article 12 – FIRE AND CAMPING Camp fires are not allowed within the Folembray circuit. A camping site is specifically reserved for competitors and professional traders. A camping site is also available for the auto jumble traders.

Article 13 – SITE DAMAGE Except for the track, which is regulated by its own set of rules, all site damages will be invoiced to those responsible (traders, exhibitors, suppliers, participants, visitors )

Article 14 – Unrestrained animals are not allowed within the circuit. Article 15 – DAMAGES AND THEFTS The organiser cannot be held responsible for damages, thefts to cars parked or any displayed items. Article 16 –Any picture or video taken for commercial purposes must be firstly authorised by the CPSRA. The participants accept to be photographed or filmed by the organiser or any organisation and for these pictures to be used for commercial or advertising purposes.
