BOOKING & GENERAL CONDITIONS Change fee: When changes are made to a confirmed service, less than two weeks prior to arrival of the guest or when documents/vouchers have been made a changing fee of ISK 8500 will be charged. Changes made after travel has commenced is at the guest’s own cost. Preparation of travel documents: We charge ISK 850 for preparation and delivery of travel documents (vouchers) to a Guesthouse or Hotel in Reykjavík. Payments: We request full payment 2 weeks after confirmation. Online bookings are paid upon confirmation. Children: • Children 2-11 years old, accompanied by 2 adults who they share a room with, will receive 50% discount from the listed price. Children under 2 years stay free of charge when sharing room with parents. Accommodation for children can be in extra beds or on mattresses. • Children staying in a separate room pay full price. • When one adult is travelling with one child, we charge full double room price.

Cancellations: All cancellations should be in writing and be notified as soon as possible. Conditions for groups: Accommodation for one pax, free of charge for 20 paying guests. Namelists: Status required 12 weeks before arrival. First namelist is required 8 weeks before arrival. Final namelist is required 4 weeks before arrival.
