For oral, poster presentations, and during discussion groups, French or English may be used. During the conferences, interpretation will be provided from French into English only.
Annulation Cancellation
Cancellation will only be accepted until 7 days prior to the conference and must be received in writing. After this date, there will be a 390 € cancellation fee. Substitution may be made at any time.

All participants have to pay the registration fees; to register, please forward to the AAAF the registration form duly completed, together with the corresponding payment or an order from your firm.

Substitutions may be made at any time. However, cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days prior to the conference and must be received in writing. After 7 days, there will be a 390 € cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend and who do not cancel before the conference date will be liable for the full registration fees. Please don’t forget to mention the participant’s name on the credit transfer.
POSTERS
Poster Sessions will be edited in conference proceedings. For max 1 or 2 posters panels (available area: W = 94 x h = 224 cm) and one person participation to the symposium :
