Please dress comfortably, flat shoes such as sneakers, boat shoes or sandals are best. We have wet weather jackets and sunscreen; ho we ver suggest you bring a hat. Cameras are permitted, ho wever we do advise caution as this is a water sport, so make sure that they are either secure with you or in your bag.
