Le long de son tracé, de grands projets urbains sont déjà programmés. Des pôles d’emploi innovants tels Génopole ou l’Ecopole, le Carré Sénart et de vastes écoquartiers sont dans des dynamiques de croissance soutenue.

signed with the State, Grand Paris Sud has fully joined the ranks of the metropolitan dynamic. The Tram 12 Express, due in 2020, will further anchor the district in the Île-de-France metropolis. A number of projects are already planned along its route. With their innovative job clusters, Genopole, the Ecopolis, Carré Sénart and the vast eco-neighbourhoods are also generating vibrant growth.
