News of the Month HERITAGE LE CHÂTEAU WELCOMES STARRED CHEF DAVID TOUTAIN On March 8, David Toutain, distinguished by two Michelin stars, once again amazed the eyes and taste buds of our guests at his new Heritage Le Château menu launching dinner. On the program: show cooking by the starred chef, aperitif in the lush gardens and wine and food pairing. An exceptional menu concocted by the Parisian chef, combining textures, flavours and local products in the majestic setting of Heritage Le Château. On D-Day, the Chef personally went to the market to select the local ingredients necessary for a successful dinner. An evening full of flavours and discoveries that will be remembered.
HERITAGE LE TELFAIR ORGANISES TWO WEEKS DEDICATED TO ZEN ATTITUDE! From February 24 to March 08, a wellness break was held in the green and peaceful setting of Heritage Le Telfair, hosted by the famous yoga teacher - Karine Kleb. Several days of training workshops dedicated to yoga and self-awareness where scheduled. During these two weeks, participants learned to create their own daily yoga practice as well as to meet their inner self.
HERITAGE LE CHÂTEAU ACCUEILLE LE CHEF ÉTOILÉ DAVID TOUTAIN Le 8 mars dernier, David Toutain, doté de deux étoiles au guide Michelin, a émerveillé, une fois de plus, les yeux et papilles des convives lors du dîner de présentation de la nouvelle carte d’Heritage Le Château signée David Toutain. Au programme, show cooking du chef étoilé, apéritif dans les jardins luxuriants et dîner accords mets et vins. Un menu d’exception concocté par le chef parisien mêlant, textures, saveurs et terroir mauricien dans le cadre majestueux du Château. Le jour-J, le Chef est allé en personne au marché sélectionner les ingrédients locaux nécessaires à la réussite de son dîner. Une belle soirée, riche en goût et en découvertes !
HERITAGE LE TELFAIR ORGANISE UN WEEK-END DÉDIÉ À LA ZEN ATTITUDE ! Du 24 février au 08 mars dernier, a eu lieu, dans le cadre verdoyant et paisible d’Heritage Le Telfair, une pause bien-être animée par la célèbre professeure de yoga - Karine Kleb. Au programme, plusieurs jours d’ateliers de formation consacrés au yoga et à la conscience de soi. Durant ces deux semaines, les participants ont appris à créer leur propre pratique de yoga quotidienne ainsi qu’à rencontrer leur être intérieur.
