How to Connect to Internet When Running LiveBoot Share
Introduction: You can connect to Internet through Wondershare LiveBoot 2012 when your Windows crashes. Normally, LiveBoot can load the network module automatically, and you don’t need to configure the network setting so you can connect to Internet easily. However, LiveBoot may fail to connect to Internet. You have to open some services or configure the network module manually, to enable your Internet connection. Usually, there are four reasons that may cause connection fail. If you have fail to connect to Internet, please try the following methods one by one until you can connect to Internet. Note: LiveBoot only supports LAN (Local Area Network) to connect to Internet in this version; it doesn't support WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network).

Method 1 If the cable doesn't connect to the network adaptor, you can't connect to Internet. Please check the connection between the network cable and your network adaptor.

Method 4 If there is no DHCP server available on your network or LiveBoot fails to obtain the IP address and DNS server addresses automatically, you have to specify the IP address and the DNS server addresses manually. Please do as the following steps: Step1: Open Network Configurator from Microsoft Tools which included in Start Menu.
Step2: After opening the Network Configurator, you will see all the network adaptor displaying on the page. Right Click on your selected network adapter and choose Properties.
Step3: The item of Client for Microsoft Networks and Internet protocol version4 (TCP/IP4) is necessary for connecting to Internet, please don't uninstall them. Select the Properties of Internet protocol version4 (TCP/IP4).
