PARTICIPATION
The tournament is open to athletes born in or before 2004.
REGISTRATIONS
Registrations of foreign fencers and referees must be made on the European Fencing Confederation website before April 2, 2019, midnight. For Swiss fencers, registrations must only be made via Ophardt before March 27, 2019, midnight.
LICENCE
EFC licence obligatory for all U23. Licences are ordered by the national federations.
FORMULA
1 round of pools, direct elimination without repechage (subject to modification).

FIE equipment obligatory.

ENTRY FEE
25 € / 30 CHF per fencer (to be paid at venue, in cash only).
ACCOMMODATION
Information available on: www.escrime-lausanne.ch You are advised to book as soon as possible as various events are being held on these dates.
ANTIDOPING
An anti-doping control may be performed.
REFEREES
Per day of competition: 1-4 fencers: no referee, 5-9 fencers: one referee, 10-15 fencers: two referees, 16-20 fencers: three referees; fine for missing referee: EUR 500. Referees must be present at the meeting held prior to the events. Names of referees must be notified when registration takes place.
LIABILITY
The organiser accepts no responsibility in the case of an accident.
JURISDICTION
By taking part in the tournament, fencers accept the jurisdiction of the FIE, the EFC and Swiss Fencing.
