VERBINDE DIE INTERNETBOX MIT DEINEM GLASFASERANSCHLUSS. Zuerst musst du vorsichtig die schwarzen Schutzkappen an beiden Enden des Glasfaserkabels, sowie die Schutzkappe, die sich beim Slot «fibre» befindet, entfernen. Commence par retirer délicatement les embouts noirs du câble fibre optique ainsi que la protection noire qui se trouve sur l’entrée «fibre» de ton Internet-Box. Raccorde ensuite l’extrémité bleue du câble à ton Internet-Box et l’extrémité verte à ta prise fibre optique (Port 2).

Accendi il computer o lo Smartphone. Seleziona la rete WiFi corrispondente (SSID) e inserisci la tua password. Quest’ultima è indicata sull’adesivo posto sul lato dell’Internet-Box.

Si après 5 minutes, les voyants de ton Internet-Box clignotent encore ou n’ont pas la bonne couleur – verte ou blanche –, tu n’y es pour rien. Tu trouveras du soutien sur wingo.ch/help. Désactive le WiFi en appuyant 5 secondes sur le signe «+» de ton Internet-Box. Ton ordinateur et/ou ton Smartphone n’affichent pas le symbole WiFi? Dans ce cas, éteins l’Internet-Box et rallume-la après 10 secondes. Si tes efforts restent vains, vérifie tous les raccordements. Sont-ils bien en place et non endommagés? Attention: utilise uniquement des câbles d’origine. Et si cela n’a pas porté ses fruits, nous t’aiderons en ligne.
Se, trascorsi 5 minuti, la spia del tuo Internet-Box lampeggia ancora o non ha il colore giusto – verde o bianco –, non c’è niente da fare. Troverai supporto su wingo.ch/help. Disattiva il WiFi tenendo premuto per 5 secondi il segno «+» dell’Internet-Box. Il tuo computer e/o il tuo Smartphone non mostrano il simbolo WiFi? In questo caso, spegni l’Internet-Box e riavvialo dopo 10 secondi. Se non è sufficiente, controlla che tutti i cavi siano collegati correttamente e che non siano danneggiati. Attenzione: utilizza solo i cavi originali. Se il problema persiste, affidati al nostro aiuto online.
