Réponse : Les hôtels du Groupe Germain Les hôtels du Groupe Germain appartiennent à une famille québécoise qui a été établie en 1988 par Victor et Huguette Germain. La compagnie est maintenant dirigé par leurs deux aînées Christiane et Jean-Yves. Le premier hôtel a été construit dans la ville de Québec en 1988 sous le nom Hôtel Germain-desPrés. Cet hôtel a été rebaptisé sous la bannière Alt sous le nom d’Alt hôtel Québec.

Les Hôtels Alt font partis des trois différentes bannières d’hôtels boutique établies par le Groupe Germain. Au Alt, le but est d’offrir le confort avec style, le tout à petit prix. Le premier hôtel sous cette bannière c’est établi au Quartier DIX30 sur la rive sud de Montréal.
