TRANSPORTATION SAT PROFESSIONALIZES (or medical transportation) The TAXICABS ARE TAKEN PCGE IN THE SAME CONDITIONS THAT THE L.S.V (Light Sanitary Vehicle), under the condition to be conventional. Expenses of transportation can be taken in charge solely in the following cases : - Transportation bound to a hospitalization (entry and exit) completes, partial or ambulatory. - Transportation bound to cares or treatments in relation with an affection of long length. - Transportation in relation with an accident of work or a professional illness. - Transportation by ambulance. - Transportation in series (at least 4 transportation of more than 50 km to go, on one period of 2 months, for a same treatment. (*) - Transportation to long distance (more than 150 km to go). (*) - Transportation to answer a convocation (of the medical service of the health insurance case, of the regional commission of invalidity, of a medical expert, for a medical consultation of equipment or to go to a supplier of equipment). To note: outside of these situations, the transportation are not taken in charge, even though they are prescribed by a physician. Expenses of transportation are repaid to 65%, on the variable tariff basis according to the fashion of transportation. In case of exoneration of the ticket moderator, expenses of transportation are taken in charge to 100%.
