From 13/08/2018 to 26/08/2018 “Road to La Croisette” Contest Rules

Article 1: Organiser From 13 August 2018 at 9am, (Paris time) to 26 August 2018 23:59 (Paris time), Air France (‘the Organiser’), a public limited liability company under French law registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under no 420 495 178, with share capital of 126,748,775 euros, with registered office at 45, rue de Paris 95747 Roissy Charles de Charles de Gaulle Cedex, will organise a contest with its partner Sport Heroes Group on www.running.airfrance.com entitled ‘Road to la Croisette’ (‘the Contest’), free of charge and with no obligation to purchase, in accordance with the rules set out herein. Article 2: How to participate This Contest is offered free of charge and is open to any person over the age of 18 with internet access and an Air France Running account, to the exclusion of persons residing in Italy and in Brazil and the Organiser’s staff and their families, as well as any persons who worked on the Contest. Only one entry is accepted per person (same surname, same first name, same date of birth, same email address and same postal address). Winners must provide proof of age in order to receive their prize. By participating in the Contest, participants expressly and unreservedly accept all of these rules, ethics as applicable on the internet (etiquette, code of conduct, etc.) as well as applicable laws and regulations in force in France. The Organiser reserves the right to automatically disqualify entries Contest that fail to meet these requirements. Participation is strictly nominative and under no circumstances may participants enter under different pseudonyms or on behalf of other participants. The Organiser reserves the right to seek proof from participants that these conditions have been met. Any person who fails to meet these conditions or refuses to provide such proof will be disqualified from the Contest and will not be awarded any prize, should they win. With a view to reconciling the Air France Running and Flying Blue accounts, each user is requested to enter the same first name and surname in the Air France Running profile as those entered in the Flying Blue profile. The Contest will be conducted exclusively on the www.running.airfrance.com platform on the dates indicated. To enter the Contest, participants are required to: Click on the ‘Start the challenge’ button; Have an Air France Running account, and have connected their running application; Run 24 kilometres during the Contest period; Completion of the challenge will be indicated on the participant’s Air France Running account. Article 3: Announcement of the Contest

The Contest will be announced on 13 August at 9am (Paris time) via the Air France Running platform and by email to the address used to create the Air France Running account. The Contest may also be announced on other advertising materials such as advertising banners on partner websites or social networks. The Contest is accessible at the following address: https://airfrancerunning.com or https:// running.airfrance.com/

Article 4: Selection of the winner and award of the prize Winners must have completed the challenge specified in Article 2 of these rules. Six winners will be chosen among the entries selected by the Sport Heroes Group jury. Between 27 August 2018 and 02 September 2018, the Sport Heroes Group company will complete a digital draw from the Contest database. Eligibility for specific prizes is based on the prizes available: (i) The winner of the first prize will be drawn among the Contest participants available to travel to Nice on one or more of the flights operated by Air France and/or Joon. (ii) The winners of the second and third prizes will be drawn among the Contest participants whose main residence is located in a European Union country (with the exception of participants whose main residence is located in Saint-Martin, SaintBarthélemy, Andorra, the Channel Islands, or the Canary Islands). (iii) The winner of the fourth prize will be drawn among Contest participants whose main residence is in France. (iv)The winner of the fifth prize will be drawn among Contest participants whose main residence is in Argentina. (v) The winner of the sixth prize will be drawn among the Contest participants available to travel to Nice on one or more of the flights operated by Air France and/or Joon. Winners will be notified individually by email sent by Sport Heroes within a maximum of two working days following the date of the draw. Failure to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days as of the announcement of the results by email or on social networks will constitute forfeiture of the prize and no other winner will be selected for that prize. The name of the winner will not be communicated by telephone or in writing. Article 5: Prizes There are 6 prizes to be won. Each prize will be attributed based on the order in which the winners are drawn and in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 4. 1 winner will be drawn from the sample of participants covered by Article 4(i): The first winner drawn will be awarded first prize: One (1) return ticket to Nice (airport transfers not included) Entry to the Alpes-Maritime Nice-Cannes marathon to be held on 04 November 2018 for the unit price of 90 euros (incl. VAT). •

2 winners will be drawn from the sample of participants covered by Article 4(ii): • The first winner drawn will be awarded second prize: - An Air France shopping accessory with a value of €15 • -

The second winner drawn will be awarded third prize: An Air France shopping accessory with a value of €12

The first winner drawn will be awarded fourth prize: Entry to the Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes marathon held on 04 November 2018 with a unit price of 90 euros (incl. VAT).

The winner drawn will be awarded sixth prize: One (1) return ticket to Nice (airport transfers not included) Entry to the Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes marathon held on 04 November 2018 with a unit price of 90 euros (incl. VAT).

The nature and value of the prizes (corresponding to the publicly displayed price including VAT, subject to variations) are determined at the time of drafting the Rules. These prizes may not be returned in exchange for cash or a replacement, exchanged, or returned for any reason whatsoever. Documents and photographs referring to the prizes are not contractually binding. The following conditions apply to the return ticket for the prize won: The ticket is issued for flights operated by Air France, JOON, in Economy class (the Air France class to which economy prices apply) and is subject to availability. If the winner's departure airport is not served by the airlines referred to above, the Organiser will offer departures from another airport located as closely as possible to the initial airport. If the winner refuses, the Organiser reserves the right not to award the prize to the winner. The Organiser will make the booking for the winner during a period that includes the race (04 November 2018). Available travel dates are between 28 October 2018 and 11 November 2018 (last return date allowed). The winner may choose travel dates within that period. If there are no tickets available on the desired dates, the winner should select other dates within the set period or another airport of departure. The Organiser will not pay for accommodation costs or expenses incurred during the trip.

Tickets will be issued in electronic format only. The travel details will be sent to the winner via e-mail. Tickets may only be used by the winner. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-modifiable after booking and no compensation in any form whatsoever will be paid (refund of the unit value of the tickets and/or the trip in cash) and do not count as Flying Blue miles. The tickets do not include cancellation and repatriation insurance or any other expenses not specified in the description above. All costs not specifically mentioned as included in the prize shall be borne by the winner, including but not limited to: - the winner's transportation from his or her place of residence to the airport and from the airport to his or her place of residence; - parking of vehicles at the airport, insurance and visas Acceptance of the tickets entails acceptance of the Air France General Terms and Conditions of Carriage. The ticket may only be booked during the booking period indicated in the rules and used during the travel period indicated in the rules. If booking is not made within the booking period, the winner forfeits the prize. Article 6: Verification of the identity of participants Participants hereby authorise any verification of their identity and place of residence. Verifications will be fully compliant with privacy law. Any forged, fraudulent, false, misleading, incorrect or inaccurate identity or address information may lead to the entry being withdrawn.

Article 7: Liability Air France may not be held liable in the event of disruption to the contest or problems with the “Internet” network or the Running application hindering access to the contest or disruption thereto. While the Organiser strives to offer users verified and accessible information and/or tools, it may not be held liable for errors (in particular displays on the Contest websites, erroneous e-mail, etc.), lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on the website. By taking part in this Contest, participants acknowledge and accept the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, lack of protection of certain data against possible breaches or hacking, and the risks of infection by viruses circulating on the network. It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and/or software stored on his/her computer and telephone equipment against attack. Each participant is responsible for their own participation in the Contest. Furthermore, the Organiser may not be held liable in the following cases: - Telephone connection issues, Hardware or software issues, - Destruction of information provided by the participants for reasons not attributable to Air France, - Human or electronic errors, - Disruption to the organisation of the contest or the automatic draw.

Air France may not be held liable for the physical incapacity of winners to fly or travel to a foreign country because their papers are not in order (no visa, no passport or passport expired, etc.). In any case, in the event of technical or administrative disruption to the Contest for any reason beyond the control of Air France, it reserves the right to terminate the Contest. Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the perpetrator being excluded from the Contest, Air France reserving the right, if applicable, to bring legal proceedings against him/ her. Article 8: Modification of the Contest dates Air France will not incur any liability if, in a case of force majeure, or events beyond its control, it is required to cancel, limit, extend, postpone or modify the conditions of the Contest. Air France reserves the right to extend or reduce the dates of the Contest. Article 9: Interpretation of the Rules The Organiser will settle any issue relating to the application of these rules in accordance with French law. These decisions may not be appealed. Any challenges or claims relating to this Contest must be made in writing and sent to the Contest address and will not be considered beyond a period of one month after the end of the contest. Article 10: Applicable law and jurisdiction These rules are subject to French law.

Article 11: Refunds This draw is offered free of charge and no refunds will be given. Participants who access the website from a modem and telephone line charged according to the communication time or on a price per call basis, may be reimbursed for the cost of their connection on www.airfrance.com based on a flat fee per day for the cost incl. VAT of a six (6) minute connection from a local landline telephone call. The costs (current standard postage stamp) incurred by the participant for this application will be refunded on request. Only one application per participant (same name, same postal address and/or same e-mail address and/or same bank details/postal ID) will be accepted over the entire course of the contest. Given that in the current state of service offers and technology, some Internet Service Providers offer a free or fixed price connection to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that no reimbursement may be made in respect of access to the Website on a free or fixed price basis (such as cable connection, ADSL or dedicated line), as the subscription to the service provider in this case is entered by users for their use of the Internet in general and connection to the website and participation in the contest does not generate any additional costs or expenses for the Participant. Similarly, all requests for reimbursement absolutely must be made no later than 10 calendar days after receipt of the corresponding phone bill. To that end, the date taken into account will be shown on the invoice. The following information should be included on the request for reimbursement: first name and surname, postal address and email address of the participant (all of which must be identical to those entered into the contest entry form), statement of bank details or postal details, the date and time of the entry, email and password, available times, a photocopy of the detailed bill from the telephone operator and/or internet service provider with the dates and times of access underlined. This photocopy will serve as proof of residence. The name and address of the person requesting the reimbursement must be the same as those on the bill from the telephone operator. Each reimbursement request, containing the information and documents described above, should be addressed to: AIR FRANCE – MX.WB.SO – Jeu Facebook - 45, rue de Paris -95747 Roissy CDG Cedex.

Article 13: Registration of the rules The rules are freely accessible on the Air France website at the following address www.running.airfrance.com. A copy of the rules shall be sent free of charge to anyone who requests it. This request must be sent to the following address: AIR FRANCE - CM.EM - Jeu Facebook -45, rue de Paris -95747 Roissy CDG Cedex. Costs incurred by participants in obtaining these rules will be reimbursed while the Competition is running upon written request, sent the same address and accompanied with bank details and proof of identity. Article 14: Acceptance of the rules Participation in the present contest implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the present rules, and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use of Sport Heroes Group. Article 15: Data protection Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be processed in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978 (‘the French Data Protection Act’), as amended by the Law of 6 August 2004. Participants are informed that data indicated by an asterisk are required to process the entry. In accordance with Article 40 of the Data Protection Act, all participants are entitled to seek access, modification, rectification and deletion of their personal data.
