Rental agreement for the summer
The owners Ms and Mr MARTIN LENEUTRE agree to rent to......................................................................................from................./................./20....midday to............./............/20... .midday of the summer 2011 for 700€ (~ 605 pounds) on a week basis all charges included, a small renovated farm situated at Penlouc'h near Kerlouan village,visited by the Tourist Board of Guisseny and Kerlouan and listed on the « Pays de Lesneven Côtes des légendes » website. GPS lat 48.6512207 long-4.4030011 Holiday makers also have the possibility to hire the linen for the beds and the necessary towels for the week for an extra 15€ (~13 pounds) per week and per person. The booking will be effective when we register the agreement sent by us by post which you will date and sign writing « read and approved » as well as the payment by cheque or bank transfer of half of the rent (with or without the extra charge for the linen), the rest of the rent will be paid when we hand the keys over to you. A deposit of 200€ (~173 pounds) will be asked to you and given back at the end of the stay after inventory. We care about the holiday makers' satisfaction and guaranty the quality of what we offer.
