2 - L I G H T - An adaptable and professional light system should be ready to use at the band's arrival. - If we come without a light tech please provide us with a cool, nice and creative person to do it. We like cool blues moods and club like ambiances. - All light equipments should be controlled from the light desk, even the house lights for the beginning black out.

3 - B A C K L I N E Promoters must provide : 1 piano, please the bigger is the best Steinway & Sons or Yamaha or Bosendorfer or Fazioli are very welcome 2 piano sits The piano should be a recent one, please. (For

yamaha C7 the piano should be one of over nmr 500 000)

Piano should be on stage at the band's arrival and tuned on 440 - It must be tuned again before the show after the sound check - must be cleaned for the show. The sound engineer will put microphones inside the piano. Make sure that EVRYBODY OK with it.

And to buy missing stuff(if needed). A hotel close to the venue is appreciated.

4 - E L E C T R I C I T Y The local production should provide us with an electrician, responsible for the power/energy and apt to work on it.

1H of sound check is great to have - wiring and set-up is NOT included in that timing. We like short soundchecks So we will try our best to make it so. In case of late arrival or any other problems, technical problems or other unpredictable events, the local manager should guarantee us at least 30min of soundcheck.

NOBODY IN THE VENUE, except the workers who need to be there.

6 – S T A G E a) Size : 8m deep, 10m large and 1 to 5m should be free around it. -The stage should be under a larger carpet (marley...)-The stage should be dressed black on the sides b) Stairs should be safeguarded with a ramp and well lit, all level changes on stage/stairs should be shown by a white stickall... All equipment should be certified for a weight of 500kgs/m2. In case of insufficient security the tour manager has the right to cancel the show.

S E C U R I T Y F I R S T. c) All the cables should be properly installed and secured with gaffer if needed. d) Outdoor stage : The production should provide us with a dry stage and a waterproof roof (Please pay attention to wind direction) and should have protection ready to use, and close by to protect all the instruments

The WIFI code should be announced on the wall The backstage should be accessible only by the AAA pass The stage should be close to the backstage and the way to follow should be lightened and clear All dressing rooms should have several electric power outlets(for computer, phone, hairdryer, iron, etc.) 1 full size mirror, 1 cupboard/armoire or rack with hangers ; 2 tables ; sofa ; confortable chairs, 1 dustbin, ashtray, shower and toilets, 7 towels, sweets : please haribo sweets only (coca, mix...)drinks (only individual can): Coca x 6 ; fresh and organic 100% fruit juices (1 cranberry, grape or cherry, 1 apple juice) - best blond & local quality Beer x 12 - small mineral water x 12 - GOOD quality red wine X 3 (we are french and we love GOOD wine), a corkscrew and glasses - 1 bottle of vodka (Absolute) - 1 bottle of champagne : only billecart&salmon, moët & chandon, ruinart ou Roederer Everything required to prepare coffee and tea (mint, camomile and lemon) with sugar and HONEY, 2 Lemons, tea cups and spoons, milk buffet : local organic specialities...surprise us ! - 1 cold meat for 6 persons, fresh salad, carrots, cherry tomatoes, salmon, shrimp or chicken (well cooked, cold or hot, grilled) please no fat. PLEASE :

THINK ABOUT THE NON PORK EATING PERSONN IN THE BAND

- 1 cheese plate organic season fruits and freshplates, napkins, glasses, knives and forks etc...Bread, butter, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

8 - S E C U R I T Y - Strictly reserved to workers and artists. –

1 security team discret and cool and strict must guard the backstage access. During the show they must be around the stage. An emergency box must be accessible easily and quickly. A concierge doctor should be on call or reachable in case of need.

9 - O R G A N I S A T I O N HOTEL : 6 single rooms breakfast included in a nice 4 star and quality hotel (6 singles )This hotel should be calm and comfortable, with bathroom, phone, mini bar, WC, TV. UNLIMITED INTERNET CONNEXION FOR EVRYBODY. (prepaid by the promoter) It should be as closed as possible

The hotel should accept and allow us to park our tour bus without any security problems(in case of tour bus).

10 – T R A N S P O R T S

A) The production must provide a runner for all transfers : airport, venue, restaurant, hotel. The vehicule should be adapted for the touring team and backline B) 8 AAA pass for the touring team and 15 « guest » for the band's friends C) Interview : all interviews must be planned 30 days before the show. If any last minute requests please see with china moses office the artist reserve the right to the following D) The artist's show can't take place in any venue where discrimination against race, religion or skin color exist.
