“Dear Loblaws, I always get my twins a birthday cake from your bakery. They’re away at school in Nova Scotia now and I wondered how I would get them their favourite cake. So, I called the store on Quinpool Road in Halifax to see if they could help. I spoke with Chris, the manager to see if they had the cake. And they did! Chris also found a staff member to volunteer to drive it to their dorm room.”
« Cher Loblaws, j’achète toujours un de vos gâteau pour l’anniversaire de mes jumeaux. Ils sont actuellement à l’école en Nouvelle-Écosse et je me demandais comment leur faire parvenir leur gâteau préféré. J’ai appelé le magasin sur Quinpool Road à Halifax pour demander de l’aide.
