Software Methods and Quality Engineer PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Since May 2007 : AMESYS (a Bull group company - Toulouse) Methods Advisor for AIRBUS Aircrafts maintenance softwares department. • Collection and consolidation of project managers process needs • Formalization and capitalization of process on the largest possible scope • Improvement of the development projects objectives by application of software methods and use of tools selected by Airbus • Tuning tools to the methods needs and software process • Support to project teams to apply methods DO178 Quality Manager of DAL A developments for Thales aircraft embedded software • Satisfaction of customer requirements and monitoring implementation of DO178 recommendations • Establishment of methods referential to meet the DO178 recommendations (templates, development rules, tools, Products baselines, etc.) • Project quality monitoring (check of deliverables and implementation of DO178 processes, participation to progress meetings and reviews) January 2007 - April 2007 : TEUCHOS (SAFRAN Group - Toulouse) Methods Engineer to AIRBUS in Avionics and Simulation Products Department. The objective of this mission was to improve the development methods. • Collection of needs and presentations of proposals to the departement stakeholders • Analysis of the existing methods and updating or creating the standard plans formalizing the results of studies of pre-development September 2003 - December 2006 : EUROGICIEL ( EQUERT department - Toulouse) Quality Contractor Manager in the Aircraft Traffic Management software services of the DGAC. My mission was to ensure compliance with quality procedures, consistency of referential and coordination with projects managers in charge of maintenance programs to improve and correct management software and air traffic control systems. • Coordination of project owners with the surrounding entities • Preparation of the preliminary audits ESARR6 with ED-109 • Implementation of measures and indicators of business processes • Monitoring implementation of the 9001 repository and ISO quality projects requirements • Analysis of working methods and supplies conformity (consistency, compliance, checking, etc) • Proposal of processes improvements (methods, tools, support, templates) • Monitoring their implementation and analysis of their effectiveness • Definition of terms of quality project contract work • Quality assistance with project owners in the project management (progress meeting, reviews)

From May 2000 to September 2003 : SOGETI (SSII - Toulouse) Project Quality Manager on several software projects taken in charge by SOGETI from January 2002 to September 2003. I was in charge of the quality control and requirements activities to be in compliance with ISO9001 standard. For the aeronautics, I worked for the quality department from july 2002 for Airbus France. For the spatial department, I was in charge of the quality control for 2 projects and I assisted the agency quality manager to ensure the respect of the quality undertaking on the functioning of the agency and on its projects. • For avionics projects : Responsible of Airbus quality system implementation (computing cores developed in Fortran, C and C++). • For space : Quality Responsible of a project for the customer CNES. This project has to be compliant with the 2 quality systems (Sogeti and CNES). It was a major change on a files server with high availability constraint developed in Java. Quality Manager of 2 projects of ground software development for Alcatel Space Industries. Also, I assisted the agency quality manager to ensure the respect of the quality undertaking on the functioning of the agency and on its projects. Project Contractor Assistant at the department of production equipments of Siemens Automotive (embedded systems for the car), in Toulouse, France from may 2000 to january 2002. Our department received the needs about creation of special machines or modifications of the means of production, asked by the production managers. After analyzing the need, in a point of view technical and feasibility, I suggested solutions and I consulted subcontractors who will be in charge of the project. • Responsible for acquisition of means of production using PLCs and/or computers, Technical support (PLCs/computers/electrotechnic) for people in charge for acquisition with mechanics • Search of means and devices from a process point of view in order to reduce the costs and to improve quality of the equipment of production (permanence, performance, upgradeability, safety...). Study and installation of new standards in order to meet the customers needs. From April 1999 to May 2000 : Support manager in Leroy Automatique Industrielle firm (automation devices development and business, Saint-Orens,France) • Collect of needs and remarks from customers and report of the information to R&D department in order to improve products, • Support to customers developments • Responsible of training and help desk services. • Assistance of salesmen. • Presentation of new products developments • Test of the new products and writing user manuals. February 1998 - January 1999 : industrial vision systems setting up technician in Robolix firm (special machines design firm, Cologne, France) After feasibility study, working out and order receipt, I was entrusted with : • Electric study, the PLC programming, the checkpoint devices setup (image processing devices, bar code scanner) • Follow-up of the project through, the adjustment, the installation at the clients, the user training and the after sales service • Technical instruction manual writing and the purchases • Users training NORMS ISO9001 (quality management system), ISO9126 (software audit) DO178/ED12 (avionics software recommendations), DO278/ED109 (CNS/ATM, aircraft traffic regulation) ESARR (Eurocontrol SAfety Regulatory Requirements)
