Hospitality Rider 2013 The promoter shall provide and pay for lunch and dinner on the day of the show. Both lunch and dinner must have at least one starter, 4 different main dishes (meat and fish -‐ one without onions of any kind), desert, wine of good quality, and soft drinks. If the promoter doesn't have conditions to provide this kind of meal, he should pay 25€ per person per meal.
Local Transport & transfers The promoter is responsible for ground transport for all the crew, gear and personal luggage, according to the list below.
Crew & Luggage 09 people; 03 acoustic guitars; 09 large suitcases; 09 hand bags; 04 medium hardcases.
Hotel
The promoter shall provide and pay crew's accommodation (see rooming list). The Hotel must be 4 stars or 5 stars. Please provide breakfast and wi-‐fi /internet access included.
Dressing Rooms & Catering The promoter shall provide 2 private dressing rooms with WC equipped with the items below: -‐ Toilet paper -‐ Towels -‐ Soap The dressing rooms shall have on each door the signs: “Ana Moura” and “Ana Moura -‐ Musicians” Ana Moura’s dressing room items (please turn off the AC):
-‐ Full body length mirror -‐ Table -‐ Chariot -‐ 02 chairs -‐ Heater/ventilator -‐ 02 hand towels -‐ Iron and iron board (very important)
Ana Moura’s catering:
-‐ 02 sandwiches with only turkey or chicken ham (non smoked) -‐ Boiled eggs -‐ Turkey or chicken ham and/or tuna (no sauces!) -‐ Soy butter -‐ Non sparkling fruit juices -‐ Non sparkling mineral water and not cold -‐ Fruits: only bananas, grapes, apples, pears or watermelon -‐ Chamomile, melissa or linden tea (no black or green tea) Musicians’ dressing room items:
-‐ Full body length mirror -‐ Table -‐ Chariot -‐ 06 chairs -‐ Heater/ventilator -‐ 04 hand towels Musicians/Crew’s catering:

NOTE: In alternative to separate caterings, there could be just one catering table placed in a common area close to both dressing rooms entrance. IMPORTANT The dressing rooms shall have separate entrances and have direct access to the stage area, without having to cross the audience area.
