Camping in The Royal National Park is by permit only. Any intending campers must book through The Royal National Park Visitor Centre at Audley on Farnell Avenue, Ph: 02 9542 0648 during business hours 8:30-4:30, 7 days per week. No pets are permitted in The Royal National Park. Fires are only permitted where steel barbecues are provided. On days of extreme fire danger or during fire bans, it is recommended that you do not undertake walks away from the main visitor areas or roads. All fire trails in The Royal National Park are closed to public vehicle access, walking is encouraged. Mountain bike riding is not permitted on walking tracks in The Royal National Park.
