Turbine with chain and folding blades articulated on link (TCPPAM) The invention is a turbine with chain and folding blades articulated on link. This machine permits to exploit both the energy of wind or water thanks to a set of parts constituted of a stretched chain between two toothed wheels and equipped of several folding blade systems with a variable geometry, directly mounted on the links. Every system of blade describes an unit cycle. Thanks to joints and stops, some mobile shutters automatically wedge themselves and orthogonally to the out-flow during the motor time of the cycle and they automatically fade away in all other times. The systems of folding blades are distributed fairly on the whole length of the chain. Description of the four times cycle of blade : a motor time of linear value practically identical to the entraxe of the toothed wheels (during which the out-flow has a maximal impact on the surface of blade in order to tow the blade with its closed shutters), a folding blade time on about a half tour of toothed wheel of tail, an ascending to the wind time of linear value practically identical to the entraxe of the toothed wheels and during which the out-flow has a minimal impact on the surface of blade (lain down carrier of blade and floating shutters), a redeployment time to make raise the carrier of blade during an half round of the toothed wheel of head. The device has to be mounted on a rigid structure which must be adjustable to the out-flow of wind or water.
