In my darkest hour in Paris I found my heaven here. And I bought so much that I got a discount haha. They sell loads of good LPs for extr. fair prices (3-25.-)
Not really a "secret gem" but I swear : every evening there're buskers covering old hits and many people sittin' on the stairs/heath enjoing the view and sunset
Nice, a bit scruffy club (near onze bar). There's a record shop the same street and they've almost every day live music. But just go and see, the webside's shit
