Student Conditions: These are the conditions required of the student who wishes to study at the "Yemen al-Khair" Institute for Languages and I.T.: 1. It is incumbent upon the student to be firm upon the way of the Pious Predecessors (As-Salaf usSaalih) in matters of belief (Aqeedah), methodology (Manhaj) and manners (Khoulouq). Whoever contradicts this way after the matter has been made clear to him must be expelled from the institute. 2. It is essential for the student to have a real desire and to make a strong effort to acquire knowledge of the religion, by attending the general lectures at the Darul-Hadeeth Markaz in Ash-Shihr, as well as attending specific lectures to the best of his abilities. It is also incumbent upon the student to be consistent in attending the classes at the Yemen al-Khair Institute which will be at least one session a day. 3. It is obligatory for the student to provide a recommendation (Tazkiyah) from the Imaam of a Salafi Masjid in his area or that one of our known Salafi brothers bears witness to his integrity and manhaj. 4. We would like to bring to the attention of the students that the regulations for the issuing of Residence Iqarmas restrict us to two matters: • Firstly: The students must reside in the location of the Yemen al-Khair Institute. There is no harm in traveling to other knowledge centers for a time limited visit. • Second: All passports must remain in the possession of the principal except for important matters which require the passport. We do not forbid anyone who wishes to transfer his residence iqarma to another sponsor so long as the transfer is done within the limits of the regulations. 5. The fees are as follows: • For each individual, the amount of $100 US Dollars must be paid for a residence iqarma and $40 US Dollars for a blood test. Blood tests are not applicable to children under 16 years old. • For the student attending the lectures at the Yemen al-Khair Institute, $300 US Dollars must be paid for each six month course. 6. There are additional arrangements and conditions for sisters that are forthcoming. Upon them is to write to:
